Office opening timesWoodvale Lodge is the administration office for Brighton & Hove City Council Bereavement Services and is located approximately 200m from the main Lewes Road entrance to Woodvale Cemetery, on the left hand side of the driveway. The full address is Woodvale Lodge, Lewes Road, Brighton, BN2 3QB

ParkingAmple parking is available in the cemetery.

Public transportPlease visit www.buses.co.uk for up to date local bus information. The cemetery is very close to Portslade train station.

Additional notesOpened in 1872. There are no new graves available but existing graves can be re-opened if there is sufficient depth remaining. There are two chapel buildings onsite but they are no longer used as chapels. The chapel at Hove cemetery is approximately 1 mile away and is available for use. Although the main entrance to Portslade Cemetery is located in Victoria Road, there is an alternative pedestrian entrance in Trafalgar Road.
