How Much Does a Headstone or Memorial Cost?
The price of a memorial depends on the stone, size, shape, lettering, personalisation, delivery and installation. Cemetery permit fees may be charged separately.
What to consider
- Ask for an itemised quotation covering the memorial, inscription, fitting and VAT.
- Check whether cemetery permit fees and any future lettering are included.
- Photographs, bespoke carving and specialist finishes can affect the final price.
- Compare the complete fitted price rather than the headline stone price alone.
